"Was happy to align with the office for all my insurance needs when I moved here in 2024. Had lots of growing pains in the office with seemingly minimally trained agents or agents in training. Final straw was this year when I canceled my umbrella policy in April, confirmed it in May, and still got a June bill for not paying the account even though I canceled 2 weeks before renewal, two agents confirmed it in my April May calls. "We’ve used this office for a years for all of our insurance with zero issue - home, multiple auto, and life insurances. I don’t think we’ve ever filed an insurance claim & we paid our insurances on time.

Recently they switched the billing system and with that created hiccups in one of our auto policies. Without warning our insurance was canceled due to a missed payment - mind you, it’s auto drafted and we didn’t miss a payment their system just didn’t auto draft it like usual. We diligently tried to reinstate the policy without any urgency from our insurance. After another day of working on getting the insurance reinstated we were told that there was nothing they could do and they were refusing to work with us despite this whole debacle stemming from their change in billing system.

For years we have been good & paying clients and being treated terribly.
